A former international tennis player and Wimbledon competitor, his vision for Padel XTRA brings elite-level experience and strategic insight to the court.
Steve Matthews COO
With over 20 years of experience in leisure and fitness, Steve was Sales & Operations Director at David Lloyd Leisure, overseeing operations for more than 600,000 members. He is the founder of Virtus Leisure and Chairman of the Tennis Industry Association UK. Steve brings exceptional operational scale and commercial execution to the team.

A seasoned investment professional with 25 years of experience at a FTSE 100 company, William brings a sharp focus on strategic growth and long-term value creation. An international padel player for Team GB, he combines financial acumen with deep insight into the sport’s global potential.
