    Steve Matthews COO

    With over 20 years of experience in leisure and fitness, Steve was Sales & Operations Director at David Lloyd Leisure, overseeing operations for more than 600,000 members. He is the founder of Virtus Leisure and Chairman of the Tennis Industry Association UK. Steve brings exceptional operational scale and commercial execution to the team.

    A seasoned investment professional with 25 years of experience at a FTSE 100 company, William brings a sharp focus on strategic growth and long-term value creation. An international padel player for Team GB, he combines financial acumen with deep insight into the sport’s global potential.

    Construction Director

    With over 35 years in construction across public and private sectors, Craig’s expertise spans complex civil engineering, offshore projects, and international site management. His senior project leadership ensures every Padel XTRA facility meets the highest standards of quality and innovation

    Sarah brings nearly 20 years’ experience managing tennis and padel centres. With a strong background in programming and a particular passion for junior development and competition, she helps players of all ages find opportunities to learn, play and progress.

    Luke is a Level 5 Master Coach, coach education tutor and former LTA Coach of the Year. A nationally renowned expert in his field, he leads our caoches, bringing exceptional knowledge and experience to coaching and player development.

    Emma brings over 15 years’ experience to her role as Systems Manager. She keeps our systems running smoothly, supporting the team and helping make booking and enjoying your time at the club as straightforward as possible.

    Having previously run her own bakery, Lisa brings hands-on experience and a love of great food to the clubs. She leads our food and beverage offering, making sure there’s something delicious to enjoy before or after your game.

    Louise Moodie

    Louise helps keep our community safe, welcoming and connected. As our Designated Welfare Officer, she is your point of contact for any safeguarding concerns, offering support and guidance. With many years of experience organising competitions across our venues, she also brings players together through friendly rivalry and a shared love of the game.

    Josef is Head of New Business for Padel XTRA, responsible for identifying and securing new development oppoturnites, negotiating our agreements in the UK and internationally.  A for ITF professional tennis play, he brings a strong sporting background and competitive mindset.

    Abbi Sullivan

    Abbi drives the project management across Padel XTRA, bringing departments together to turn plans into progress.  Working closing with the directors, she aligns priorities, manages timelines and coordinates delivery across new developments and wider business projects.

    Danny O'Donnell

    Danny is our Beckenham Supervisor, overseeing the operations team and helping  to keep the centre running smoothly. From supporting colleagues to making sure everything is ready for your visit, he plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and a great experience on and off court.
