Terms of Service

Welcome to Padel XTRA Limited. These Terms of Service govern your membership and use of our padel facilities across all locations. By booking a court or visiting our sites, you agree to comply with these standards and community guidelines.

1. Bookings & Platform

All court bookings and club sessions at Padel XTRA Limited locations must be processed through the Padel Mates app. We do not accept manual or walk-in bookings. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a credit refund via the platform.   Payment is required at time of booking. Payment can be made in one transaction or split between multiple users. If the payment is split, any unpaid portions remaining 2 hours after the completion of the booking will be charged to the original booker.    We do not guarantee specific courts for any booking. All courts are subject to change, but this will be minimised where possible. 

2. Club Membership and Activities 

Membership at Padel XTRA Limited provides access to inclusive coaching sessions and community events. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for those who fail to adhere to our code of conduct, ensuring a respectful and high-energy environment for all skill levels. ​ Coaching and lessons are provided by club-approved coaches only. Users must adhere to club policies and schedule lessons. through the club's designated channels. Private coaching from non-club approved coaches is not permitted.   ​ No refund or transfer bookings is permitted in the event of non-attendance by the customer.   In the case of prolonged illness or injury, there are no credits or refunds for missed sessions.    If you cancel your session with more than 24 hours notice, the fee you paid will be returned to you using the original payment method. No refunds or credits will be issued for courts cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. ​​ League entry fees are charged once teams have been accepted into a league.    League entry fees are non-refundable. In the event of injury or unavailability, we may agree to a change of partner but please notify the team prior to the next scheduled match.

3. Health, Safety & Equipment

Our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Players must wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking footwear. Padel XTRA Limited is not liable for personal injuries sustained during play; players participate at their own risk and are encouraged to maintain their own insurance.   Users are responsible for any damage caused to club property or facilities due to negligence or misconduct.     Users that hire rackets are responsible for their return in a good condition. Rackets are to be returned in a similar condition and will be thoroughly inspected on return, if there is any sign of mis-use or damage we reserve the right to charge for the damage caused. ​ Parents/carers of children aged 13 and under should remain on the premises. Parents/carers are asked to supervise all children not involved in activities, for their own safety and the comfort of others.     Our team deserve to work with customers and players who are a pleasure to interact with. We reserve the right to cancel any booking or lessons with anyone who is disrespectful or rude to our team in any way. This includes via email. 

4. Professionalism and Inclusivity

We are a community-driven club. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or unsporting behavior will lead to immediate removal from the premises. We foster an environment that welcomes everyone from professional coaches to absolute beginners.

5. Final Provisions
